A couple travelling light, a family with older relatives and children, or a corporate group visiting several cities will need different vehicles. Yuehua arranges drivers and vehicles through partner operators based on route, group size and luggage.

These are reference combinations. Seats, legal passenger capacity, child seats and luggage space must be checked individually. Additional vehicles are arranged if the group exceeds one vehicle’s capacity; “14 or more” does not mean unlimited passengers. Smaller groups may also request a separate language-specific guide.
From arrival to departure
Airport, station and hotel transfers can be arranged in advance. Provide flight or train details, arrival location, group size and luggage count so meeting points and times can be confirmed.
Discuss assistance equipment early
Mention wheelchairs, strollers and child seats in advance. The team checks the vehicle, installation requirements and storage space against the itinerary.
Who travels with you?
Usually, groups of 8 or more have a dedicated guide; smaller groups have a driver-guide, with a separate guide available for discussion. Licensed guides and drivers are arranged for actual language needs, including Mandarin, Cantonese and English. Vehicles come from licensed partner operators.
Free time does not automatically include private transport. Hotel, ticket and meal inclusions will be specified in the plan.
