Attractions, durations, images and past travel examples help explain our services and do not constitute confirmed departures. Dates, prices, accommodation, transport, meals, personnel, inclusions and exclusions are governed by the proposal and contract agreed by both parties. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Changes and cancellations

Changes, cancellations, refunds and force majeure are handled under the actual contract and applicable rules. Review these before confirming a booking. This page sets no universal refund percentage and does not restrict statutory consumer rights.

Travel needs and staffing

Please discuss group size, older travellers, children, mobility assistance and dietary requirements with the team. Arrangements are subject to confirmation. Introducing Xiaoxie or featuring her on camera does not mean she personally leads every group.
