A village, a family story, a connection renewed.
An overseas Chinese guest wanted to find relatives after years apart. Yuehua followed clues from a village, an ancestral hall and family records to help arrange visits around the search.
A 23-person international business group visited Guangzhou for factory tours and group outings. Some guests required halal meals, so the plan also addressed their different dietary needs.
A family travelling with children and caregivers wanted comfortable transport, vegetarian meals and tea culture experiences. Yuehua brought these preferences together in a private itinerary, discussing each detail.
The cultural Guangdong route and family route are separate suggested itineraries; Chaoshan is a tailor-made travel theme. Dates, hotels, prices and inclusions depend on the confirmed plan.

How can a trip suit older travellers or children?
We can discuss a slower pace, later starts and rest breaks. Please mention wheelchairs, strollers or child seats in advance so the team can confirm arrangements for your destinations and vehicle.
Can you arrange halal or vegetarian meals?
We can discuss restaurants and menus according to your preferences. Tell us your specific requirements, allergies and ingredients to avoid so the team can confirm each detail.
Does Alix personally lead every group?
Your contact and guide depend on the agreed arrangements. Alix is not guaranteed to lead every trip; please mention any request for her involvement when enquiring.
How are guides and vehicles arranged?
The usual arrangement is a dedicated guide for groups of 8 or more, and a driver-guide for smaller groups. A separate guide in your preferred language can also be discussed. Partner operators provide vehicles and staff; vehicle type, seats and luggage capacity must be checked when confirming the plan.
How do we stay in touch, and can plans change?
Start with WhatsApp. Before departure, the team arranges a WeChat group to coordinate details. Changes, cancellations and related charges follow the agreed contract.
Are transfers and transport on free days included?
Transfers can be discussed in advance; transport coverage depends on the confirmed itinerary. For example, the arrival and final days of the 7-day Guangdong itinerary do not include a car during free time; airport transfers are arranged separately in the programme.
